Today is the Twelfth Day of Christmas, which means tonight is Epiphany Eve or Twelfth Night. Join us for worship as we celebrate the Epiphany (Manifestation) of Our Lord Jesus Christ to the Gentiles. The Magi (Wise Men) were the first Gentiles to worship Christ, and their arrival is celebrated on Epiphany. According to Matthew’s Gospel they did not arrive the night Jesus was born, but up to two years later. The Church for centuries has celebrated their arrival on Epiphany. Come worship Christ with us as we close out the Season of Christmas. The Sacrament of the Eucharist (Holy Communion a.k.a. the Lord’s Supper) will be celebrated at this service.
