The First Sunday of Advent begins a brand-new Church Year! Contrary to popular belief, Advent is not “Christmas Junior” or “Christmas Lite.”  Advent is its own season, as distinct from Christmas as Lent is from Easter. It gets us ready for Christmas, but Advent is its own thing! Come join us as we explore “Rekindling Advent”! The Sacrament of the Eucharist (Holy Communion a.k.a. the Lord’s Supper) will be celebrated in this service.
